What’s the position?

Audley Travel is now eagerly searching for ambitious Country Sales Specialists to join either, our Australia/ New Zealand, Latin America or Japan teams that are based in our Boston office.  As a Country Sales Specialist you will work to maintain the highest level of customer service! You will work with our clients through the entire booking process which includes; reaching out after they inquire about traveling to your designated country, finding out the who, what, when, where and why’s of their trip, putting an itinerary together to meet their travel needs, taking care of all the bookings of hotels, tours etc. and finally being the clients point of contact for any questions prior to or while on their trip. It's your goal to ensure all clients return home having had a trip which exceeded their expectations, and consequently motivates them to return as clients again.

In summary you will get to know what makes your clients tick, and from there, create an amazing vacation for them from scratch based on their personal interests and your first-hand knowledge of the destination. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking about travel and enjoys planning trips!

We also “Re-FAM” you every 12-18 months in the business either to the same country or a new country in the region.
