The Junior Tech Support Specialist will provide effective and efficient 1st line support to internal customers, and to support the IT Support Team Leader ensuring that the required service is delivered to the business at all times. You will also be providing day-to-day Helpdesk performance and Application support functions, working closely with the IT Team in the UK.
On a day to day basis you will be supporting PC level hardware and software support, PC builds, asset management, imaging and software installation. You will also be working on new user/promotions/changers/leavers account processing, Ensuring printers are working, running maintenance where necessary, and keeping the third party printer support informed of any issues and escalating any issues promptly and efficiently as required
Some other duties will include providing more detailed technical support in conjunction with the UK Infrastructure team in the following areas:

Compensation and benefits:
We will be offering a salary of $45,000-$55,00 based on experience
