HRIS Manager

Salary: £40000-£50000

Audley Travel is embarking on a significant change project to introduce people technology to the business, to include Sage People HR, ADP payroll for the UK and LMS.

We are looking for an HR systems manager to join the team at the start of the HRIS project to take both a key role in the project and ongoing responsibility for all aspects of day to day management of the HR system.

This newly created role will involve exciting responsibilities, such as:

Working with implementation partners and the internal project team to implement Sage People HR system and a Learning management system (LMS).

Ongoing development of the system to meet new business requirements.

Monitoring interfaces between the systems and with other Systems both internal and external.

Managing the day to day administration of the HRIS system.

Implementing and managing a data integrity strategy to ensure that data is accurate and compliant eg GDPR.

Acting as the company expert on developing and maintaining management information from the HR / Payroll systems and acting as a mentor for other who are developing their skills in this area.

Accountable for managing the service relationship with the supplier.

Planning and managing all aspects of patch and update implementation including testing plans, cutover plans, and contingency planning and advising of internal process changes required as appropriate.

To be sucessful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

HR systems experience, implementing and maintaining Sage People Saas.

HR business analysis skills.

Stakeholder and multiple task-management.

Consulting and collaboration, managing expectations and identifying opportunities to upskill colleagues in change managament techniques.

Communication and influencing - particularly to non-technical and non-project management audiences; preparing and delivering presentations.
