Product Executives - 12 Months FTC

Salary: Depending on Experience

Audley Travel are looking for Product Executives who will responsible for supporting the Regional Product Manager and sales teams, through effective communication and accurate, informative product material.

Job Purpose:

  • Product support, knowledge & information sharing
  • Product maintenance
  • Product content & client documentation
  • New product development

 

Key Responsibilities:

Product support, knowledge & information sharing

  • Provide support to Country Specialists in all markets.  Be available as a point of reference for questions, respond to helpdesk and facilitate training as appropriate.
  • Assist in preparation and effectiveness of familiarisation trips. Negotiate rates, set out objectives and ensure information is shared on return.
  • Provide sales teams with appropriate information and guides to aid familiarity with product mix, client experience and pricing.

 

Product Maintenance:

  • Act on Country Specialist, supplier and client feedback to ensure system text, product information and client documentation is accurate
  • Ensure Country Specialists are kept informed of product details that can positively or negatively influence client feedback
  • Promote the use of the supplier failure log to capture examples of actions and behaviours that fail to meet Audley’s service level agreement
  • Support Operations to ensure suppliers meet Audley’s contractual health and safety terms and details are updated where applicable

 

Product Content & Client Documentation

  • Pro-actively develop client documentation via in-house systems incl the image library, Sitecore, Presets and JourneyDesk templates
  • Co-ordinate content selection and timely delivery of marketing and PR material incl Audley Traveller with Marketing department, Regional Product Manager and sales teams
  • Support presentation of product content on Audley website in conjunction with Ecommerce department
  • Help in creation of new itineraries, identify offers and packages, develop group tours where applicable and  prepare documentation and training
  • Align with Audley guidelines and best practice to ensure content and documentation consistency

 

New product Development:

  • Seek out and promote client experiences as a key Audley USP across  the programme
  • Pro-actively review competitor product offering and stay close to new developments via travel media, tourist board and supplier updates
  • Develop an effective information flow with sales teams to help identify product gaps while reinforcing approach to consolidation
  • Along with Regional Product Manager work with suppliers to reinforce Audley profile and product differentiation via added value, extra allocation and exclusive terms

Unusual Challenges /Circumstances

  • Trips to area of specialisation, Audley office locations and any other part of the world according to business need
  • Support Regional Product Manager/Operations department with reports and analysis as required
